What your real estate business might look like

Hey all,

Let's start at The End...

Your alarm goes off at 7am Monday.

You roll over and check your phone.

Here's what you see.

12 new buyer leads
1 new cma request
3 new showing requests for the dream listing you took last week

Oh boy. And the day hasn't even started yet.

You make coffee and then walk upstairs to your office.

You call the new buyer leads first. They're glad to hear from you. They instantly recognize your voice from the video tour they got from you last night (automatically).

You move forward with the clients you like best, and you politely let the others know you're not taking on new clients at the moment and refer them to a team member.

You find out that it's got a pool (score), they just renovated the kitchen, and a new hvac system is going in today. You pinch yourself to make sure you're not dreaming.

You make an appointment to meet the seller at the house to deliver the cma in person tonight. This is going to be easy.

Your virtual assistant has already scheduled the showing requests from last night for later in the week.

It's 11am and your day has already been a huge success.

On the way to lunch you stop by the office to pick up your commission checks from Friday's multiple closings.

You're fulfilled. You do cool work. You help people. And you make great money. GREAT money.
