Happy Election Day.
Hey, it's Andrey here...Today is the big day: Election Day. Here's the thing: While, big picture, who gets elected to the White House is very important. Regardless of who gets elected... tomorrow, when we wake up, on Wednesday, November 6th... It won't change our pipeline, momentum, problems, transaction issues, client frustrations, lead flow, cost of leads, and the list goes on. Does that make sense what I'm saying? And I say that to say this: In the last month or so I've had conversations with 100+ agents. A recurring topic is "the financial future of their business and how to make more money in spite of the changes happening in our industry". The person who makes the single biggest impact on that isn't whoever is the elected president. The person who makes the biggest impact on that is: YOU. We have to bring the same intensity, diligence, care, and passion to winning in our businesses like we do to politics. Because, again, when we wake up tomorrow morning, whoever got elected won't change a dang thing about our personal circumstances. What will change our circumstances as real estate agents is:
