I went out and tried to prove this idea wrong…
But no matter how much I tried to find exceptions…
No matter what market I looked at…
No matter which niche I look into:

This ONE principle is always true:

"The best known agent is always the richest agent."

Said differently:

"The real estate agent that homeowners in that niche know of the best (or most) is going to be the richest agent in the niche or market."
