Why not?

Hey all,

At the beginning of the month I asked you guys an important question.

It was this:

What's your biggest struggle as a REALTOR this month?

I received over a hundred responses, and by far the #1 answer was: getting steady leads.

The #2 answers was "getting more listings" but it was a distant second. And the reason why is that's the number one problem in any busy. Getting a steady stream of inbound customers, so you don't spend all your time chasing people.

Hey all,

Cool share today...

Matt Mouser, a Michigan broker, shared this win in our private facebook group today:

In case you're having trouble reading the screenshot... let me sum up.

Matt returns home from a week-long vacation in Mexico.

Spends fifteen minutes to get his ads "turned back on" -- i.e. one-click refresh.

Receives 5 new leads in the first 24 hrs.

Makes 4 prospecting phone calls.

The fourth call is to a million dollar buyer. Wow...

We all want to be like Matt, right? Well there's two takeaways from this share. If you follow them, you can replicate Matt's success right away, or even surpass it.

Takeaway #1: Don't be lazy. Post the ads like we teach, because they work.

Takeaway #2: Don't wait for leads to magically appear. Put some decent lead capture tools in place.
