Truck driver -> top-producer

Do you know Kevin Grullon? Probably not.

For years Kevin worked as a truck driver in central North Carolina where I live.

He was a single dad with kids, bills, responsibilities... aka a real life. But he also had two other things that, if you're reading this email, you probably have too.

Thing #1 - A desire to provide a better life for his family.

Less than 1/5th of what you do this week matters

As with most things of course the devil is in the details. What qualifies as a "lead" and how do you generate them?

In our book, a "lead" means a name and phone number of someone you KNOW is buying/selling in the next 105 days.

80/20 analysis

It's day 4 in our series Race to 100 Leads

The premise of this series is that ANY problem in your real estate business can be solved by 100+ new leads.

So that's what we're going to help you with. Getting 100 leads in the month of November.

Today I'm going to share with you my #1 most powerful lead gen strategy. Exact ads, all the scripts you need, etc.

We call it "The Craigslist Killer" because, as I'm about to show you, you can absolutely kill it with 10 really simple Craigslist ads.

If executed correctly, this strategy will get you 100+ leads per month on its own.

Quick Summary:
- Execute "The Loaner" strategy 10x
- Write Craigslist ad for each listing
- Post 1x
- Refresh every 48hrs

Tools Needed:
- The Loaner Script

Time:
Approx. 25mins per listing

Expected Impact:
20 leads per listing. Rinse and repeat as many times as you want.
