Agents first to the party were getting LEADS for $1.00 per lead
(Today just CLICKS easily cost $3-5 or more)
Facebook Ads in '11:
Remember when Facebook first started ads?
You could target home-owners by zip code, credit card spend, websites recently visited, and people they followed or liked on Facebook...
(Some "big brother" level stuff, lol!)

Instead of going up against big budgets like OpenDoor and OfferPad...
We can side-step the uphill battle...
By just showing video ads to those same people when they get on YouTube.
The cost for YouTube video ads is waaaay cheaper than Google Adwords.
