5 Tools to Generate $35,150 in 2 months

What are you doing today

Hey all,

Have you ever known what you need to do to grow you business, but instead you fill your time with busywork that doesn't matter?

If you have kids, you deal with this every night. It's called bedtime.

From 7:30pm to 7:59pm your kids are laying around watching TV, enjoying life.

But the moment the clock turns 8:00pm (aka bedtime), suddenly they remember all the "important" tasks they still need to accomplish for the day.

"I'm thirsty."
"Sign this permission slip."
"I didn't brush my teeth."
"I didn't finish my math homework."
"What's the meaning of life, mom?"
And so on...

As REALTORS, we do the same thing. We avoid the most important activities with insignificant stuff like sales meetings, facebook groups, admin work, etc.

I'm going to show you an easy way to fix that.

Yesterday my brother Levi explained a step-by-step ad method you can use to scale your business up to $21,000 in gross commission per month.

We've used it. Our students have used it. It's deadly effective.

But only if you take action.

The problem isn't lack of information. We already have all the info we'll ever need to grow our real estate business. The problem is a lack of action.

This is summed up perfectly by one of my favorite quotes:

Own up and take some action today.

If you aren't already doing more than 20K/month in GCI, here are three actions you could take today to move your business forward:

- Borrow an awesome listing to advertise
- Write your first ad
- Put a lead capture system in place

Each of these activities only takes about 10 minutes or less.

It's pretty simple, but you can't just think about them. You have to do them.

Reply to this email and tell me one action you're going to take today.

If you decide to do nothing, don't complain a month from now about being stuck in the same place.
