How I'm Going From 0 to 100 Listings in Florida (step by step)

As you may know, I recently moved to Florida.

And if you didn't know, I'm getting licensed here as well.

(Should be getting my license by end of November, fingers crossed)

But the main reason why I'm getting my license is to document (and demonstrate) my methods.

Specifically:

How fast they work to take me from 0 to 100 listings closed.

Now this is my first time doing business in Florida...

So I have...

  • No sphere of influence here
  • No referral partners or network
  • No market presence or branding
  • No sweat equity of any kind
  • No leads or database for Florida
  • No pipeline of deals

... yet none of that is a problem for me.

Why?

Because my core methods and strategy don't rely on any of those "usual things" that most agents think they need.

the 3 reasons you didn't get as many listings as you want

Many missed the training last week.

There are only three reasons why a real estate agent doesn't take as many listings as you want to.

Before I give you the three reasons...
...let me ask you a question.

Question:

What was your listing goal between now and last October?

12? 21? 35? 52?

Whatever that number...
Keep it in mind.

For example sake, let's say you had a goal of 35 listings, okay?

So, there are only three reasons why you didn't get 35 listings:

Reason #1)
35 homeowners in your market didn't think of you when they thought about selling and so they didn't contact you, ready to work with you

Reason #2)
The reason 35 homeowners didn't think of you first and call you when it was time to sell is because you don't have a system and process in place that gets homeowners in your market to think of you first and to call you, ready to work with you, when they're ready to sell

Reason #3)
The reason why you don't have a system and process in place that got 35 homeowners ready to sell to think of you first and to call you ready to work with you is because you A) haven't attended one of my MicroFarming webinars, or B) you have attended one of my MicroFarming webinars but have failed to implement what you learned.

That's it.
Period.

There's literally no other reason why you don't have the 35 listings you wanted.
(Or whatever number of listings is your exact goal)

So now you have two choices...
(As with most things in life, your results boil down to the decisions you make)

Choice #1)

Don't attend my live training tomorrow (Wednesday) and keep not getting the number of listings you want to get

Or,

Choice #2:

Do attend my live training tomorrow, pay careful attention to everything I share with you, and then go out and get all the listings you want

The choice is yours.
I highly recommend Choice #2.
