As you may know, I recently moved to Florida.
And if you didn't know, I'm getting licensed here as well.
(Should be getting my license by end of November, fingers crossed)
But the main reason why I'm getting my license is to document (and demonstrate) my methods.
Specifically:
How fast they work to take me from 0 to 100 listings closed.
Now this is my first time doing business in Florida...
So I have...
- No sphere of influence here
- No referral partners or network
- No market presence or branding
- No sweat equity of any kind
- No leads or database for Florida
- No pipeline of deals
... yet none of that is a problem for me.
Why?
Because my core methods and strategy don't rely on any of those "usual things" that most agents think they need.
