The truth VS what you want to hear

Hey all,

I get asked this all the time

"Hey Chris, what do you think of my real estate website?"

Here's what I've learned. Most people don't want the truth. They're just looking for a pat on the back.

So I ask them, "Do you want me to tell you what you want to hear or the truth?"

Most agents are too embarrassed to admit they don't really want my criticism, so they say "the truth". (Doh!)

Here's the truth about 99% of agent websites.

They are a glorified business card in the sky. 

Wait, actually, that's insulting to business cards. Because at least you place a business card in someone's hand, so it's got SOME traffic.

Most realtor websites get ZERO traffic.

And when they do happen to suck in a random visitor every once in a blue moon, that customer gets what they want and LEAVES.

That's because realtor websites are designed all wrong. They're designed to deliver information not capture information.

And because of that, your website rarely results in any new leads.

Since we're currently diving deep into our Pipeline Pro Tools system, let me show you the website I personally use.

Ultimate Website

In 2017 my website captured 600+ leads which led to over $110,000 in commissions. (That number is just my website and doesn't include my text or phone capture tools.)

For most realtor websites, lead capture is an after thought. For my Ultimate Website it's the whole point.

If my website isn't going to make me money, why would I spend money on it?

Here's a quick story.

Adrian is an agent in Indiana. You don't know him, but he got setup with Pipeline Pro Tools in February 2018.
