Here's an unpopular opinion: The CMA is the #1 most important activity in your business. In fact, a bad CMA is the easiest way to screw your clients. And it doesn't matter whether you're representing buyers or sellers. I call this the "Screw Your Clients" matrix... Now, I don't know any agents that would knowingly screw their clients.
