Happy Election Day.

Hey, it's Andrey here...Today is the big day: Election Day. Here's the thing: While, big picture, who gets elected to the White House is very important. Regardless of who gets elected... tomorrow, when we wake up, on Wednesday, November 6th... It won't change our pipeline, momentum, problems, transaction issues, client frustrations, lead flow, cost of leads, and the list goes on. Does that make sense what I'm saying? And I say that to say this: In the last month or so I've had conversations with 100+ agents. A recurring topic is "the financial future of their business and how to make more money in spite of the changes happening in our industry". The person who makes the single biggest impact on that isn't whoever is the elected president. The person who makes the biggest impact on that is: YOU. We have to bring the same intensity, diligence, care, and passion to winning in our businesses like we do to politics. Because, again, when we wake up tomorrow morning, whoever got elected won't change a dang thing about our personal circumstances. What will change our circumstances as real estate agents is: Having effective marketing and lead generation systems in place​ ​ Having a solid daily and weekly structure that is aligned with moving us closer to our goals ​ Having a "winning mindset" where we play to win instead of playing to no lose​ ​ Having a predictable sales process that consistently gets us phone calls with homeowners thinking about selling ​ Having systems in place for handling our back office needs so we can focus on being the "President" of our own business​ ​ Owning our lead generation systems and methods so we have control over our future and destiny, instead of being a hitch-hiker on someone else's ride .. and I could go on... So in closing, I'll say this: Regardless of who is elected as president today, elect yourself to the President of your business and run your business (and life) the same way you hope your chosen presidential candidate would run our country.
