We still use direct mail on our real estate team to stay in touch with our best contacts.
I suggest you get a direct mail plan in place - especially using personal letters - to communicate with your best contacts once a month (at a minimum).

You can mail the same style letter to neighborhoods about the buyers you're working with to get new seller leads, too, outside of your database. We'll go over how to get that mailing list, too.
