The Listing Game

Dear Reader,

In the email below I tell you how to get my Ultimate Listing Course (Reg $600) completely FREE. However, that deals ends today at 11:59PM so don't save this email for later.

Have I told you about the time I broke the listing record at my company (it was Century 21 at the time) as a rookie agent?

Either way, you'll want to read this.

Readers of my blog are familiar with the depth of free training I provide to agents. There are over 300 training articles published on my blog -- all free -- covering virtually every topic that affects the modern agent.

I share innovative approaches on everything from the mundane (CMAs, E&O Insurance, etc) to the latest cutting edge technology.

But there's one topic of training I charge for: Listing. When I entered real estate in 2002, I set a personal goal to list 50 houses in my first year. Luckily I was just naive enough not to realize how outrageous my goal was!

I mean, can't you just hear me waltzing around my new workplace casually announcing my ridiculous goal?

I proudly shared my goal with my new colleagues around the office and was embarrassed to find out that they thought my goal was not only ridiculous but impossible for an agent of my pedigree and with such limited experience.

It turns out, not even the top veteran listing agent in our office had ever listed 50 properties in a single year.

I could have taken their advice and revised my goal at this time, but I didn't.

I had a detailed plan of action and an innovative listing approach that I had developed years before I ever got my real estate license. I knew my approach superior to the traditional listing approach used by every other agent in town.

So really, why should I change my goal?

Well, that year I actually didn't meet my goal of 50 listings. I destroyed it! In my first full calendar year in real estate, I listed 114 properties.

That wasn't builder listings or condominiums. All my listings were single-family residential, listed one kitchen table at a time. Actually, in my case I was so inundated with listing leads that I developed a system to take listings over the phone to save time.

I became not only the top listing agent in my office but one of the top listing agents in the entire area -- all in a single year. Even better, I took all of my listings at 8% commission (or more) and sold my clients home in half the average DOM while netting them 3% more money in the process.

You're probably wondering exactly how I did it. Well I don't keep it a secret.

I've developed my unique listing approach into an online course that any agent can follow to quickly do exactly what I did -- become the dominant listing agent in their market: The Ultimate Listing Presentation Online Course.

Using traditional strategies, it would probably take 10 years to dominate the listing game in your market. My approach can accelerate that to just 10 months.

What was your big goal when you entered real estate? Most of us have heavily revised the dreams we had when we were younger, due to peer influence or challenges we've met along the way. I give you permission to pull those old real estate dreams out of the drawer and dust them off today.

ULP-AD-4

Top listing agents from all over the country have actually traveled to my office in North Carolina and shelled out a lot of money to learn my approach. But I actually make it available to my readers online at a significant discount (just $405.00).

But I'm not here to sell my listing course today. I actually want to give it to you for free.

Why? Well I've helped A LOT of agents become mega-producing buyers agents with my Ultimate Website system, but I want to show agents how you can also become a dominant listing agent with my Ultimate Website.

So today only, I'm giving away my Listing Course completely free of charge when you buy my Ultimate Website.

My listing course and my Ultimate Website system are a dangerous combination. You'll have my step-by-step approach to take over 50 listings next year, plus you'll have the precise technology I used to capture dozens of new listing leads every single month.

You can read more about what's included in my Listing Course here. After today, my readers are still welcome to get the online course at the discounted price of $405, but the deal will be over.

Whether you are a veteran listing agent who wants to double your listings this year or you're a buyers agent who is contemplating breaking into the listing side of the business, this online course will completely change your practice. Don't pass it up while it's free.

To get the Ultimate Listing Presentation Online Course FREE, enter the promo code "LISTINGCOURSE" at checkout. Code expires tonight at 11:59 Pacific.

As always, thanks for reading.
