Meet Kyle

Since we've been talking about cool real estate success stories, I'd be remiss if I didn't tell you about Kyle.

I have known Kyle since ~2004 when we founded Guerilla Realty

At the time, he was frustrated with his inability to generate business from his website. So he got Pipeline Pro Tools, which at the time consisted of only a primitive lead capture site and a CRM (we've come a long way).

Overnight he started capturing 100+ leads per month. More leads than he knew what to do with by himself.

So his business took off and he grew a team that closed 126 deals the first year and 130 deals the second.

Kyle was one of the top producers in his market and life was good. But then a debilitating health issue sidelined him from real estate altogether.

Thankfully, after a few years of recovery, Kyle was back but his health would continue to be a problem if he did not change the way he did things. His doctors told him he couldn't continue the long hours and intense schedule of a typical real estate career.

So he adapted. He reactivated his account in 2015, this time with the intent to run a referral business. Kyle had learned a thing or two about getting leads. He knew how to convert leads. And he knew how to build and motivate a team.
