We're just past halfway into the year. Quick question...

Based on the first 180 days, how will 2019 turn out?

Monday - 7:00 AM

Your alarm goes off. You check your phone.

Here's what you see.

- 1 CMA request
- 2 showing requests for the listing you took last week

That's roughly $5,430 worth of business that entered your pipeline overnight. And the day hasn't even started yet.

You make coffee and walk into your office.

9:00 AM

You call the buyer leads first. They instantly recognize your voice from the Listing Cake video tour they got from you last night (thru your text auto-responder system).

You make 7 dials. Talk to 3 people. Set 1 appointment. You politely let the other two know that you're not taking on anymore clients at this time.

10:30 AM

You look at the CMA request. Before you get started, you call the owner and ask a few questions to more accurately assess the home.

You find out that it's got a pool (score), they just renovated the kitchen, and a new HVAC system is going in today.

You make an appointment to meet the seller at the house to deliver the CMA in person at 5:30 PM. This is going to be easy.

11:00 AM

Your virtual assistant lets you know that the showing requests have been scheduled for later in the week.

It's not even lunch time, and your day has already been a huge success.

On the way to lunch you stop by the office to pick up your commission checks from Friday's multiple closings.
