Who's the best listing agent you've ever met?
Mine would be a toss-up between my dad and Jason Morris.
My dad is retired now, but he still holds a few North Carolina state records that I doubt will ever be broken.
Jason Morris? He's still active and has closed over 2,000 transactions. That is not a typo. Dude is a listing beast.
