Recently, I landed a $1.2M buyer client.
I landed this client by running a free ad on Facebook Marketplace.
That was a nice commission, but not unusual.
I get 5 clients per month from Marketplace ads -- although normally in the $200K-500K price range.
I teach this entire strategy in a full 1-hour seminar. Well worth the time investment btw.
