Can I let you in on a little secret?
Most agents that they have to be charismatic to get listings.
But have you noticed all the un-charismatic agents who get plenty of listings?
Take my buddy Calvin as an example. He's not Charismatic. In fact, I'd call him more introverted and shy.
And yet, that didn't stop him from getting plenty of listings.
The reason he was able to get listings is that he discovered how to build trust with sellers before ever meeting them.
He discovered how to provide value so good that sellers often said, "I figured if your marketing was that helpful, then hiring you would be even better."
This is how he transformed himself from a buyer's agent into a top listing agent.
Eventually, a couple of other agents noticed what he was doing, and asked Calvin to show them how it works.
So, he documented everything and shared it with them.
They used it to start getting listings.
And now he's sharing it with the Guerilla Realty list too :)
