Meanwhile, today I'll say this: It's been rough sledding this year for many real estate agents. I'd know... I speak to thousands of agents per year. Time and time again, I've heard some version of "this year has been really rough". In spite of all that, you're still here. As the Elton John song goes: "I'm still standing..." Many changes are coming in 2025. What isn't changing is:
If I had to boil it down to one thing for why so many agents struggle, it's this: "Most agents engage in lead generation activity. While ignoring building a lead generation model." And just like you can't "out work out a bad diet", you can't "out hustle a bad business model". You with me? This is why in Listing Academy the primary focus is always on the core business model that can add $300k to $500k per year for any agent. The tips, tricks, tactics, techniques, tools, technology... those all change because of one thing or another. What doesn't change is a proven, predictable business model to fit all those tips, tricks, tactics, techniques, tools, and technology into. So stop letting the tail wag the dog... .. aka focusing on just lead generation activity. If you want steady growth, then: Build a lead generation model.
