REALTORS are struggling

Dear Reader,

I've been having a lot of the same conversation lately.

Realtors are struggling. You wouldn't think so by watching CNBC. But if you talk to agents every day like I do, then you know many agents are having a slow start to the year.

Untitled-2

I spoke to one agent earlier this week who averages 20 transactions per year, but year to date in 2016 he has closed only one transaction -- and it was a nightmare scenario where he barely broke even on the deal.

Raise your hand if you're off to one of the worst starts of any year since you got into real estate. Don't worry, there are plenty of other agents raising their hands too.

If you recall, I predicted all of this late last year, and you'll be glad to know it's not your fault.

Real estate is entering a new era, and if you don't learn the new rules, your real estate career might be over before you know it.

Well over 90% of home buyers now visit Zillow during the initial phase of their search. Today the vast majority of those home buyers will already be connected with a Zillow agent before they ever get around to calling you (like in the old days).

What that means for regular agents is all our normal sources for customers are drying up. In fact, most of them are already bone dry.

"So the answer is just pay to be featured on Zillow right?"

I wish it were that easy. Because Zillow owns a virtual monopoly on the real estate search, they are able to charge whatever they want.

Even the top agents on Zillow aren't making that much money once you subtract their monthly Zillow bill. I've talked to agents who spend will over $5K per month with Zillow.

Plus, raise your hand if you have an extra $5K to plunk down to sign up with Zillow? Trust me, no one is raising their hand now.

The answer is to get to the customers before Zillow does. It's not hard if you have the right technology in place. Read this email I received earlier this week. It says it all

Matt,

I'll keep this short. I've struggled a lot in my 12-year real estate career but 2015 was an all time low.

I've been following your free training for years but I never bought your Ultimate Website system because I pride myself on being cheap.

I thought I could get most of your results by following your free training and piecing together free technologies here and there.

Unfortunately that mindset made me poor.

This year I finally got over myself, bought your Ultimate Website system (even paid full price), and all I can say is: what a relief.

This is SO EASY. 2015 was my worst year in real estate, but 2016 is on track to be my best.

Thank you thank you thank you. If you share this email with your subscribers, let me just say it doesn't matter if you're broker, it doesn't matter if you're cheap. YOU CAN'T AFFORD NOT TO HAVE LEAD CAPTURE TECHNOLOGY. It instantly makes everything easy.

Sincerely,
G.

Wow. It's interesting to see inside the mind of a "cheap skate" because I consider myself one too. Often times we put off investing in ourselves and our business because we can go the DIY route.

This email is evidence of how much easier life is to follow those who have gone before you. I'm touched that my technology has had such an impact.

But now I'm going to turn it on you. If you've been putting off purchasing the Ultimate Website system "because of the money" it's time to get over yourself.

It's a tiny risk for a HUGE reward. And it's not really a risk at all, because I back up the system with a 100% money-back guarantee.

If you think you might be ready to invest in yourself, click the link below to check out my Ultimate Website system.

(You'll need to check for availability in your area.)

Maybe you are like lots of other agents today who are saying, “Enough!” If so, I encourage you to at least give it a shot. The freedom, the additional income, and the personal satisfaction of being independent are truly worth the effort. In very little time you will be wondering why you didn’t do it sooner.

Think about it… What do you really have to lose? The worst that could happen is you fail and become dependent again. But if you are like "G" and are optimistic, teachable, and willing to work hard, you can break free forever.

As always, thanks for reading.
