What's the most reliable lead source for realtors?

Hey all, We're finally here. Lesson 4.  As you know all month we've been talking about how to achieve your goals in 2018. So far we've covered How to decide what you really want out of real estate in 2018 (link here) How to break your 2018 goals into teeny tiny baby steps that are easy to accomplish (link here) Then we showed you live video where we helped an agent break down her goals (link here) Also how to block out your day so you're not a typical agent who spends their workday frantically jumping from random task to random task (link here) Now we've arrived at the most important part of any plan: The Execution Here's where a lot of agents fail. -> They know what they want: $175k per year -> They figure out how many leads they need: 102 leads per month Then they go back to all their old "lead generation" strategies: Open houses, send out cards, floor duty, door knocking, cold calling. All of that amounts to about 6 leads. Then they give up on their plan and decide to wing it the rest of the year, gratefully accepting any business that comes their way. Don't do that.
