An apology and an update

Hey all,

I know I know. I mentioned sharing the details on our newest case-study on using video along with FSBO leads at the end of this week, but I have a confession to make.

We aren't done yet. We do have some promising preliminary results though.

Our approach was to target listings for sale by owner on Craigslist and Zillow and we were prepared to have to make dozens and dozens of calls and get rejected repeatedly.

To our (somewhat embarrassing) surprise, we have found that offering value without asking for the listing really helps us stand out from all the agents who are calling and calling them.

To make a long story short, we aren't quite finished with the case-study, but we are going to be sharing the details of our approach and our results soon.

In the meantime, I wanted to update you on one of my favorite agents named Adrian. Last month, Adrian came to us hungry to change his business.

He had a lot of energy and enthusiasm but hadn't yet cracked the code on lead generation.
