Another FSBO Lead Gen Strategy

Hey all, Earlier this week, I introduced you to Pat and Jesse. They were a couple I met who were interested in listing their home for sale by owner. In asking my advice on how to price and market their property, I offered to do it the way I would any listing. Why? So I could generate leads of course. And the results have been awesome. We used our basic Zillow strategy for listing their home with a branded photo and a listing video we created. All in, it took me less than an hour. Within the first 3 days, we generated 17 leads from Zillow alone. 😲 Now they have a great home with some unique features in a desirable area, so most listings won't perform that well, but even if I had generated half that number of leads, it would be well worth the time I invested. I left you in the dark on one of the marketing strategies I used though. I created a single property website for them. This is a website dedicated only to their property complete with a domain name just for them. It took me 10 minutes to throw on some property details, upload some of the photos I took and purchase their domain (ex 123Mainst.info). I then gave them the site address and asked them to share it with friends and family. The post said something like "Hey everyone! Our house is officially for sale! Check it out and share it with anyone you know who might be moving." Within the day, it had generated 6 leads. For 10 minutes of my time. That's the kind of stuff we love here at Guerilla Realty.
