Hey all, We just kicked off our "Fix What Matters Most" series.  Here's the jist of it... There are three things that, when done right, will cause your real estate business to explode.  Even if you ignore everything else.  We're going to walk you through the three things that matter most, step-by-step.  The first thing is, does your site convert 20% of traffic to leads? Yesterday Levi shared our strategies for getting 20+% conversion on your site.  But in 2018, it's no longer enough to convert leads on your website. You need to convert leads with text too.  Here's what most agents do.  Post a listing to Zillow, Realtor.com, Craigslist, etc and in the description, write "text me for more info".  And guess what happens? NOTHING.  It's not because you're not getting traffic to the listing. If you post on the three sites mentioned above, you're probably getting 100-150 hits on that property every day.  The problem isn't traffic. It's your conversion.  Nobody wants to text an agent, because they know that agent will stick to them like a booger they just can't seem to flick.  So instead here's what we do to increase text conversions.  Post to Zillow, Realtor.com, and Craigslist like before, but restrict the property info to just the basics and exterior photos only.  Then offer a complete video tour through your text auto-responder. This is all the incentive you need to drive lots and lots of text conversions.  It would look like this: You don't need a fancy tour.
