A few weeks back I asked this question:
"What's your biggest struggle as a REALTOR?"
I received hundreds of responses, but many of them sounded eerily similar.
The #1 answer, by far, was: getting steady leads.
The #2 answers was "getting more listings" but it was a distant second.
