One of my biggest suspicions about any new software I consider buying is this.
I'm sure it would work...eventually...and if I did everything just right. But we need results now, and I don't have time to fuss with it.
Sometimes I buy anyway, some times I don't. But I always struggle with the doubt.
Nick O. from Michigan is the mascot for anyone who's ever experienced this struggle.
You don't know Nick.
He's a regular guy from Michigan. And a great REALTOR.

I see two big takeaways from Nick's story.
Takeaway #1: You need lead capture software to run your business. You can run 100 ingenious marketing ideas... if you don't have the right software, you'll get nowhere.
Takeaway #2: Don't make excuses. Nick had plenty. He works in a low-end market, he doesn't have a big fancy marketing budget, and he doesn't possess any other unfair advantages.
He just got the right software plus the right strategies. And most importantly... he did the work.
