What’s working well right now

I wanted to share something that's been working really well for some agents.

Matt Mouser, a Michigan broker, shared this in our private facebook group recently:

Matt returns home from a week-long vacation in Mexico.

Spends fifteen minutes to get his ads "turned back on" -- i.e. one-click refresh.

Receives 5 new leads in the first 24 hrs.

Makes 4 prospecting phone calls.

The fourth call is to a million dollar buyer. Wow...
