How to build an awesome real estate business

Did you ever play with LEGO's as a kid?

On my 7th birthday, I received a 3,000 piece LEGO set — a pirate ship.

Overjoyed, I tore the box open and dumped out all the pieces.

Then my heart sank.

3,000 pieces looks a lot bigger and more complicated when it's laid out in front of you. I didn't even recognize some of the pieces. I would have to put this away until I was older. Some gift...

But before I put it away I looked at the instructions, and it started the same way all of my smaller LEGO sets started:

"Step 1"

Hmm, well I guess I can do step one. It looks pretty easy.

Then I did step two, then three, and pretty soon I was in a flow.

I clicked the final piece into place 90 minutes later. That pirate ship was my magnum opus! And I was beaming with pride. I never thought I could do it.

Building a thriving real estate practice is a lot like staring at 3,000 oddly shaped LEGO's on the ground.

It *looks* impossible. But then, it starts the same way as every great achievement.

"Step 1"

If you want to build a lead gen machine for your real estate practice, it's the same way. It seems massively intimidating — there's so many moving parts and things we don't understand.

Just start with step 1.

Step one in this case is to get the right software in place. My company's lead gen software is called Pipeline Pro Tools.

But before you can get it, you need to at least see a demo...

So here's your chance. We have 2-3 time slots left for today and tomorrow.

Get a 15-min demo and see how easy step 1 is.

Before you know it, you'll be clicking the final piece into place on your dream real estate business. IF you're willing to overcome the fear of getting started

Then we can work on step 2 and so on together.

All the best,

-Chris Jones

P.S. - Demos are NOT sales pitches. We want to *teach* you how it works, not sell you on it. If it makes sense for you, great. If not, you'll at least walk away with a few valuable ideas.
