We just finished up our Be Different mastermind yesterday.
One of the hot topics was recruiting agents to your team or brokerage so you're not the one having to wake up and bring in the revenue every single day.
This was a huge shift for me - one day I just decided to no longer go on listing appointments and instead spent that time meeting with real estate agents.
I wanted to do it in a way, however, where I was always the guest - never the pest.
In short, I started the Next Level Agents podcast, began holding training events like the mastermind we put on yesterday, and then booked as many meetings as I could with real estate agents to help them write thoughtful business plans.
I only brought up working with me if they asked me first.
