Zillow will hate me

 

Most agents consider Zillow an enemy.

Personally? I don't.

Here's some Zillow stats to consider:

  • Average listing gets 750+ views per month
  • 50% viewer will be under contract within 105 days
  • 37% of viewers have a family income of >$100k

That means every month in your market…

Any given Zillow listing gets pinged by 300+ people who are buying and selling RIGHT NOW, and 100+ of them are RICH. (Ie - They make double the median income in your market.)
