Every REALTOR should know this formula

Want the formula for calculating how much commission is currently sitting in your database (or CRM).

My friend Grant Wise shared this formula with me awhile back. Once you see this math, you can never "unsee" it.

Here it is:

Take .05% and multiply it by the number of leads you have in your database that have NOT closed yet.

For easy math, let's say you have 1,000 leads.

1000 × .05% = 50

That's how many appointments you could get for yourself or your team right now if you had the right marketing plan.

Let's say half of those appointments are no good. You've still got 25 potential deals just sitting in your database right now.
