Hey - Happy Sunday   I am about to go on a 10 mile bike ride down by the beach this morning. I wanted to send you guys a quick email with some thoughts I have. It is 76 degrees and Sunny today here in Pawleys Island, SC!!   Ive really been thinking about the follow up CRM that Larry Le and I will be releasing soon.   Ive been looking over the problems that agents submitted to us and thinking how can I make every one of you that gets it super successful.    What I have realized is we can't just put out the CRM, set it up to contact sellers and hope agents can just figure out the rest. We don't have to though, because we already know the "rest".   So, how do we shorten the learning curve and also speed up your rate of success?   What we have to do is train agents, so they have a full seller system, that would include:   Once a seller raises their hand and says they want to sell and engages you in a conversation - How do you set the appointment?    Once you have an appointment, what does the pre-appointment look like. What do you do before the appointment to set yourself up for success?   What to do once you are at the appointment?   Then what if they don't sign the listing paperwork at the appointment?   You guys have told us, you need the scripts, the dialogues and everything to give you a full seller system. Not just the system to help you work the leads.   So I am working on this right now to include:   Scripts Pre-listing system A Listing appointment system ***** Plus what is the quickest way to fill this CRM with leads.   We want you guys that use our service to be crazy successful and to do that we believe we have to provide more than just a crm.
