D@mn...why didn't I call them....?

Dude....I hate it when that Happens!!   You meant to follow up with that seller a few days ago, then just noticed their house is listed on MLS   THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE YOUR LISTING :( !!!!!   This has happened to me so many times over the years. Everytime, it cost me anywhere from $5,000 to $10,000 too.   I always feel like we have to put a dollar amount on it, feel that pain a little more and hopefully I'll learn to....follow up! We don't have to worry about forgetting a lead now though.... we created FUBots   BUt guys... I been talking to Larry Le and we have something going on with FUBots!    We found a techy guy, that was way better at this stuff that we are. We told him some issues we were having and he basically said "No problem"..   So this week we are rolling out v2 of FUBots..   So here are some feedback we have been getting and how we fixed it   Interface is hard to use *** We have looked at this and have worked with someone to simplify    Hard to update campaigns *** This has been updated, so it is really easy to update, edit and create new campaigns   it cost almost $200 a month *** We switched servers, text, email etc ---- We brought the cost down to $97 a month     You will be locked in at this price.... we are able to on-board 10 people this week and get them all set up.   When do you want to lets get started re-igniting your old database?   Jason Morris Real Estate agents that REALLY work           Click here to unsubscribe
