- Apply through Affirm for financing (subject to qualification with Affirm)
- We work with you to get you 1 signed listing per $1,000 of enrollment (minimum enrollment of $5,000 and maximum enrollment of $30,000)
- We cover all your monthly payments until you cash your first commission check from our campaigns
- If you don't have 3 signed listings OR 1 closing within the first 90 days, you can cancel, walk away and owe nothing
- The cost of traffic and advertising in included in the enrollment - so you're truly zero out of pocket until you cash a commission check
. . Qualifications I'm Looking For: - Be ready and committed to recording a minimum of 3 videos per week, as needed (with your phone, using my scripts - no memorization or expensive production needed)
- Be willing to do two one-on-one coaching calls per week with me to make sure we are moving at a good pace
- Have a CRM, landing page builder, and scheduling app - or use the all-in-one we provide and commit to learning how to use it decently well
- Contact all leads who inquire with you from our campaigns within 24 hours
- Make 2 hours a week available to study my video course materials so you're learning my strategies and methods well and using them on calls and in your marketing to get results
- Study my Listing Presentation training and commit to using it on listing appointments (it has an 85% listing appointment win rate)
