Happy 4th of July
I seriously hate these crazy spam emails that are so canned.
I wanted to email you and give you a killer follow up script that you need to call all of your seller leads with on Monday! With July 4th being on a Thursday, this will be a 4 day weekend for a lot of people. There will be a lot of people in town and a lot of people with time off and looking at houses. Plan your follow-up on Monday so that you can use pending property statistics from the holiday weekend and this week before. Every seller lead you have, look up their neighborhood or a 1 to 2 mile radius and get all of the pending data for homes. You want to make the seller feel like they possibly missed out on a buyer because their home was not on the market during 4th of July weekend. There is a good chance they did miss a buyer too!!
Here is the script to use.
"Mr/Mrs Seller, this past week was pretty busy with it being 4th of July. . Have you gotten a contract on your home yet (let them answer)? There were (number of homes) that went under contract this past week in your area. I feel like we may have missed a buyer. Can you meet on (you pick a day), so we can start working together?"
Be confident when you say this! Practice it a few times and make those follow up calls!!
