On Monday I was speaking with a group of my clients about their listing goals for the remainder of this year. During the call I reminded everyone how the effort we put in now to build our listing pipelines is what's going to create our business for Q1 of next year. Because the majority of homeowners selling their homes in early 2025 already know right now that they're selling soon. (Most homeowners know 6 to 9 months in advance). So I hammered on the point that while many in our industry "slow down" right now for the holidays ... this is NOT the time for us to slow down. Rather, it's "double down" time. Because if our competition is slowing down, that means it's much easier to get to homeowners... (because there's less agents actively competing against us!). My clients asked what would be my top 1-3 listing generation plays I would run for the rest of the year to build a strong pipeline for 2025.
