I hate to admit it... in the constant battles between us agents and zillow, we are usually the loser. Not even NAR can protect us. But there's one way that I'm winning against zillow, and I'm winning huge. Zillow is crawling with white-hot buyer and seller leads in my market. I'm talking ready-to-go, list-my-home-right-now leads... many in the $700-800k range and higher. The problem is zillow wants to charge me ~$3000 per month for their names and phone numbers.
