As you know, Google and Facebook (Meta) are competing for advertising dollars.

And they've both just made *dramatic* changes to how their ads algorithms work - in an attempt to get us to choose them.

Well, this has created a "secret window of opportunity" for the us - the solo agents without big team budgets.

(I say "secret" because only a handful of agents know about this for now...)

And when big giants compete for our dollars, it gives us small business owners BIG opportunities.

Recent examples...

SEO back in '03-'05:

Remember SEO on Google back in 2003?

Agent in first practically printed money.

(I was getting agents websites onto the FIRST page of Google within 1-3 HOURS back in those days)

Adwords back in '05-'08:

Remember Google Adwords back in 2005?

Agents first to the party were getting LEADS for $1.00 per lead

(Today just CLICKS easily cost $3-5 or more)

Facebook Ads in '11:

Remember when Facebook first started ads?

You could target home-owners by zip code, credit card spend, websites recently visited, and people they followed or liked on Facebook...

(Some "big brother" level stuff, lol!)

.. and again, agents first to the game reaped massive rewards with cheap traffic and easy results.

Facebook Turns Off Zip-Code Targeting in '19:

Remember when Facebook turned off zip-code level targeting and forced the 15 mile radius for all real estate ads?

(This destroyed most agents ad campaigns overnight.)

And in this chaos I found the opportunity with "custom audiences" as a workaround and agents who have been using my methods since have minted small fortunes.

And now the changes Meta (and Google) have made between March and June of this year are even bigger...

Did you notice how every few years an opportunity opens up with big rewards for "agents first to the game"?

It's all about timing.

"Right place, right time", as they say.

And as someone else said:

"History doesn't repeat itself, but it does rhyme".

Well, the band is playing again...

And the "rhyme is repeating" right now.

Enter the "secret listing opening" with this Meta game-changer.

One example of what's happening right now:

Back in '05 - '08 when Google Adwords started, agents first to the game routinely got clicks for $0.01 (one penny!) and listing leads for $1.00.

Now we can't even get clicks for $1.00

Well, here's part of the "opening":

Because Meta is pushing into "AI for ads" big time.

And in doing this, they've turned off even more targeting options, and they've turned off a lot of other features.

At the same time they've turned on (and turned up) the importance of a couple new things:

Conversion API (CAPI) and Event Match Quality (EMQ) Score.

Agents who don't know how to be compliant with this will pay 2x - 5x more per lead and, to add insult to injury, they'll get less leads in general.

The agents who understand the changes, know how to work with them, and are the "first movers"?

They'll mint a small fortune in the next 6-18 months.

When you learn the new changes, we can side-step the uphill battle...

And get the new changes to work for us instead of against us.
