Hey all, I just got off the phone with Adrian. Along with having an infectious energy, Adrian has been following our business planning series all month long and decided last week to take the plunge and try out our tools. Today was his first training call. We walked him through his market numbers and came up with a plan for him to double his business this year. We broke it down to the smallest actionable unit--how many leads he will need. Adrian needs 816 leads this year to generate that kind of business in his small midwest market. I can tell after an hour of talking with him that Adrian is going to crush it this year. Especially now that he has a plan, some lead generating strategies and the tools he needs to put that plan into action.
