Why did you get into real estate

Hey all,

Here's an important question you probably never ask yourself:

Why did you get into real estate?

If the first answer that popped into your mind was because it's good money... I have bad news for you. You're in the wrong business.

Don't get me wrong, real estate is lucrative. If you know what you're doing, it can provide a VERY comfortable lifestyle (and retirement) for your family.

But real estate is also brutal. You are going to encounter obstacles, struggles, and hardship. If money is your only motivation, you'll probably quit and try something else that seems lucrative.

Send me your answers.

Why did you first get into real estate?

Why do you keep going?

You can reply directly to this email. I read every response.

As you know, we are calling this entire month "Mindset May". We are digging into the specific mindset tools, hacks, etc that made us successful and turning them into actionable formulas you can follow to build a bulletproof mindset.

Here's one hack you can try today...

###

Close your eyes.

Imagine your dream client. (Big budget, short deadline, flexible... the perfect client.)

Are you the best agent to negotiate the purchase of their next home?

Honestly. If they lined you up with every. other. agent. in town. The sharks, the mega-producers, the 40-year veteran. Can you honestly say that you are the best agent in the entire city?

Or are you really just in it for the commission?

Think about it. If your answer wasn't an immediate and resounding YES (and let's be honest, it might not be), then I want to challenge you with a follow up question.

What are you going to do to become the best agent?

I'm eager to hear your answers.

Btw we help agents every single week generate more leads than they ever have with a set of great tools and some free reliable marketing methods that work every time.

Perhaps the easiest of the "easy steps" is following those agents.

You can check out the tools here. $99 a month (or less). No contract.

But first, check to see if we have availability in your area. We are sold out in many markets across the country.

All the best,

-Chris Jones
