I wish I was kidding when I see most agents planning to do the same thing in their real estate businesses next year and yet still expect different results. You know that making the same plan but expecting different results defines insanity. So if they do the same things... if you do the same things... Frankly, you're going to get exactly what you deserve: to have exactly zero progress or improvement in 2020. We all know this approach makes no sense... ... yet agents make this mistake every December.
