If you had 21 days to setup a system that would get you steady new listings, consistently and predictably, what would you do?
Most agents wouldn't even know where to begin.
We spend a lot time, money, and effort on getting new business...
But isn't it interesting that when asked to setup "a predictable system" that will just keep throwing off new listings...
... we usually draw a blank.

If you truly couldn't look me straight in the eye and say:
"Andrey, this is exactly what I would do over 21 days to setup a system for getting new listings consistently"
Then this means you're stuck on a hamster wheel of personal effort. Or completely dependent on the good graces of your sphere and past clients.
Am I right?
That feeling of no leverage.
That reality of no compounding growth.
That "knowing" If you stop hustling, the business stops coming in.
If you can't give me a confident 21 day plan for getting new listings then your business is running completely on tactics.
And like Sun Tzu said:
"Tactics without strategy is the noise before defeat".
More accurately for us:
"It's the effort before the inevitable burnout".
