I have something very special we put together for you this year. We know how confusing it is selling real estate with all the competing ideas to sell homes. It's even hard to make sense of it all in our own Facebook group! While many relationships now start online – they strengthen offline; ideally at least when we just talk on the phone to each other. So, the big news…. We're offering active members of our Next Level Agents group complementary goal setting calls. We only have 10 a week to offer, so space is extremely limited. We're never going to charge for this. Here's what we're going to ask you: 1. What is your big why?
2. What is your 5-year vision?
3. What is your theme for this year?
4. What are your top 3 'towards' values?
5. What are your top 3 'away' values?
6. What were your 5 business highs last year?
7. What were your top 3 business lows last year?
8. What are your 1-2 goals for this year?
9. What do you need to do right now?
10. What do you need help with?
11. What is the skill you're most proud of?
12. What do you need to be held accountable to? We'll write them down and email the PDF to you to hang on your wall. If you're comfortable you may post your goal sheet in the Facebook group too. You'll likely get mastermind requests from members who share the same values, needs and goals. We feel this is a great way to connect all of you. But, posting your goals publicly is not required at all. Our intent is to just make being a part of Next Level Agents unique and helpful. Obviously, there's not enough time to talk to everyone in our group for free. If you're going to take the call seriously, email me why you need to reach your goals. We can pick 10 people a week at the very most. If you're selected, our assistant will call you to schedule a time. So that's it! We're all about helping you achieve your goals in 2020.
