Where did most agents get their last client? If it wasn't a referral from a family member, friend, or past client... It came from social media. Specifically, Facebook. Want to see what's working to get clients from Facebook in 2026? It's not paid ads. It's not live video. It's Facebook Marketplace ads. But only if you know how to capture leads from your ads. (All top producers know how to do this.)
^I got 25 legit client leads from my last Marketplace listing. I broke down exactly how I did it in a free training. Want a copy? Webinar: How to get clients from Facebook Marketplace Enjoy! -Chris Jones

Facebook lead
Yesterday, I bragged that my last FB Marketplace ad brought in 25 leads. I got this email in reply: When you say 25 leads, are they viable leads with contact info or just people commenting "is this still available"? - Matt (Florida)
So I wanted to clear that up this morning... Facebook Messenger replies are NOT leads.
A lead ALWAYS means name + phone number. This is what we're getting from FB Marketplace...
It's because we run a different kind of ad on Marketplace. I'm breaking our ads down in a free training later today. Click to register. Webinar: Get Real Leads from Facebook Marketplace This system is free to implement. You don't have to purchase ads or my system. It only takes ~1 hour to implement from start to finish. And you don't have to be a computer nerd. Just join the training. By the end of it, you'll be getting real buyer/seller leads directly from Facebook Marketplace. In fact, it may your #1 source of new leads this year. We are limited to 250 seats, so please register. >>> ONE CLICK REGISTER HERE <<< Enjoy! -Chris Jones

25 leads
If you've ever tried Facebook Ads, then you know they're expensive and confusing. Today, I'm gonna show you a "Facebook Ad" that is...
It's a "Facebook Marketplace" ad. Look, my last Marketplace ad brought in 25 leads with almost zero effort.
And this wasn't a fluke. My brother and I have been getting results like this for years. There are 7 distinct things we do differently in our Marketplace ads that make them successful. I'm breaking down all 7 in a free training tomorrow. (And I'm giving away the copy/paste ad template.) Webinar: New Facebook Marketplace Ad (Copy/Paste) This is 100% free to implement and will take you less than 2 hours from start to finish. It works in ANY market, including rural and luxury. All you need is a Facebook account and my ad. Seating is limited to 250 spots, so you have to register. Click the link below to save your seat. Here’s what you’ll get for joining:
