So that's what we're going to help you with. This week I'm sharing 5 lessons to help you get 100 leads in Nov.

Today, I'm going to show 1 really simple strategy you can use to get 100 new leads.

If executed correctly, this strategy will get you 100 leads this month by itself. If you stack it with the other lessons, your potential is limitless.

We call this the Fizbonanza strategy because it takes a regular old FSBO listing and turns it into a rich mine of quality buyer leads. (And 37% of the time we get a listing appt too!)

Quick Summary:
- Take a video of a FSBO property
- Share the video with the owner
- Flip the zillow listing to get free leads
- 37% chance of taking the listing

Tools Needed:
- Listing Cake
- Free Photo Branding
- Pipeline Pro Tools (optional)

Time:
Approx. 45mins per listing

Expected Impact:
55-60 leads this month

This strategy put 33 quality leads in my pipeline today, plus will begin dropping in 1-2 more per week for each flipped zillow listing.

I expect a total of 50-55 quality leads from the Fizbonanza strategy.
