Become the "Famous Agent" In 90 Days

Yesterday I shared what's the fastest way to get rich in real estate.

Onward with today's lesson:

As shared in that email, becoming famous is usually hard and expensive.

But there is a predictable method you can now follow to become "the best known agent" (aka "famous agent", aka "richest agent") that is not hard or expensive.

Furthermore... you really need to have this click for you:

As a real estate agent, you don't need to be famous with everyone in your community, city, town.

In fact, you just need to become famous with 1,000 - 5,000 people (home-owners) and you'll 2x, 3x, maybe even 4x your business in 12-18 months.

Here's just one way this works...

Here's a 9-step playbook for becoming "The Best Known Agent" in any farm of your choosing and growing to 50%+ market share within 12 months...

Step 1: Pick a geo-farm you want to become the dominant agent in (I'm talking 50%+ market share)

Step 2: Use data sources like TheRedX.com, LandVoice.com, and PropStream.io to buy the email addresses and telephone numbers for everyone who owns a home in your chosen farm

Step 3: Upload that list of telephone numbers and email addresses to Facebook as a "Custom Audience"

Step 4: Go to your chosen farm and record 3 videos while walking through the farm (so that when homeowners see the video pop up in their FB or Instagram feed, they immediately recognize their neighborhood in the background and they'll stop watch the video - this is one of my biggest "X" factors for getting video engagement, btw)

Step 5: Do NOT hard-sell or pitch in your videos. Instead, simply offer helpful information about what's happening in the real estate market, what's happening with activity in the farm, answer any common questions you're getting about real estate right now

Step 6: Pick one video at a time and promote it for one week, for $5 a day, as a Video Ad to the Custom Audience of homeowners in that farm. After one week, stop that ad and run the next video for one week. Repeat with the third video.

Step 7: Record 2 videos per month (one every two weeks) that continue to be helpful, useful, and educational. You can now record these videos from home or your office because the first three videos already established you as an agent serving their neighborhood.

Step 8: Promote each of these 2 videos for two weeks each at $5 a day. So you're now giving homeowners in your chosen farm two pieces of content per month. Tip: Make one of the videos a Free Market Activity Update video every month, so it's an easy "rinse n' repeat" for you, and it creates consistency and credibility with the homeowners.

Step 9: In 90 days or less you'll be "Famous" in your chosen farm.

See, it's not hard or expensive.

It's just different.

And if you want different results, you need to start doing things differently.

But doing things differently triggers a lot of head trash (limiting beliefs, fake confusion, frustration, feeling of overwhelm, fear of failure, etc,.) and so we never make a change.

By never making a change, we never get to experience in a change in our results.

So like the children of Israel, most agents just keep wandering in their proverbial desert for 40 years...

Never entering the "Promised Land flowing with milk and honey" - meaning, we never realize our dream business, goals, and dreams.

Here's a hard truth to swallow:

Success is simple.

Doing the things required to succeed is what's hard.

Specifically: doing things differently.

See, you need 3 things to create a big change in any area of your life:

  1. Commitment - if you're not committed, change is never gonna happen. Period. You'll never start or you'll never finish. Doesn't matter how many tips, tricks, tactics, or techniques you discover.
  2. A Plan - even if it's not perfect (because there is no such thing as a perfect plan anyway), at least have a "next step". You already know what your "next step" should be. If you say you don't, you're just pretending to be confused so you can BS yourself.
  3. Know How To Process and Overcome Negative Emotions and Feelings - because nothing is going to trigger every limiting belief, fear, and emotion in your head like actually "going for it".

I have a SOOO many listing-getting playbooks that completely Flip-the-Script on all the madness masquerading as listing-getting methods in mainstream real estate coaching right now.

I've taught so many of them for free over the years too.

Yet almost every time I talk to an agent after they've going through my training - free or paid - and ask what their result is...

... 90% of the time it's the 2 same BS excuses:

Excuse #1: "Andrey, I just haven't had the time to start"

(LIE: you just haven't put in 30 minutes a day on this to consistently chip away at it. EVERYBODY has 30 minutes a day.)

Excuse #2: "Andrey, I'm just not sure where to start"

(LIE: I've laid it so simple that a mentally handicapped donkey could implement this if it only had thumbs)

I know my methods for ANY agent... regardless of your market ... regardless your experience level ... regardless your budget.

Because I've designed every single one of them precisely in that manner.

So if you're not getting results with my methods, it's because you haven't implemented them.

Be honest with yourself.

Because if you're not honest with yourself, you'll stay wandering in your proverbial desert forever...

Having to repeat the same, tired, old, broken "methods" to get new business that leave you exhausted, frustrated, chasing, and burned out.
