Last week we hosted a 3 day virtual workshop for 15 agents in the Nashville area... The goal was to take them all through our 3 Step 1 Deal A Week Blueprint in hopes that we would have several agents pick up new clients during the 3 days... Well in the immortal words of Hannibal (from the A-Team) "I love it when a plan comes together"! Day 1 we gave all the participants local portfolio buyers to call, text & email about some on market "bait" I had found earlier in the week. At the beginning of day 2 Vik (Akhmedova) shared that the very 1st portfolio buyer she reached out to had vacant property he was thinking about selling... ...she secured the listing appointment for Friday afternoon and will be listing the property ASAP.
