Long-time readers of mine are probably familiar with the story, but many new readers probably don't know: I listed 114 houses in as a rookie agent. And I didn't take any builder listings or multi-unit properties. I listed 114 single-family homes one kitchen table at a time. And I was a brand new agent, so you know it wasn't because I was well connected or got lots of referral business. I just had a better system. I call it the "Traffic" approach.
