This coming week… do not forget to follow up with all your seller leads on Monday!!! This coming up week is a great week to call your potential seller clients recapping the month of June and beginning of July.
In the last 30 to 45 days, we have had Father's Day, Independence Day and school getting out in most parts of the country.
Everyone is settling back into a routine. Pull MLS statistics from their neighborhood and surrounding area for the last 45 days, before making your follow-up call. Here is the script for you to use:
